Calling all pet owners, I need your help

Some of you may know I´m hoping to set up a new Small Animal Centre providing services to small, domestic pets or small furries.
I am hoping to provide services including grooming, boarding, problem behaviour training, introductory training, correct handling techniques, correct husbandry techniques, Adoption and rescue.
I really need to know how you as small pet owners feel about the services currently avalible to you and what else you would like avalible. My target audience is the younger generation but i love to hear from everyone.
