Stars gone to her new family

Star left us today to go to her new family. I´m so happy for her but cried my eyes out after she´d gone. OH asked if we should really foster again because it was so hard letting her go. I explained very firmly (through the tears and sobs) that I was only crying for myself because I would miss her so much and yes we would definately be doing it again. I also told him (through even bigger tears and louder sobs) that I thought I was handling it very well at which point we both ended up crying and laughing. We knew there and then we´d be fostering poor doggies for as long as we can.
