update

Well everyone is doing well at dazie patch, Ruby is coping well with out DIgby and has maintained a healthy weight although didn´t eat a huge amount after he passed.

I have decided to change the bedding the pigs are on to Auboise, this may not be the best discussed bedding to use but until we have tried it we really cant comment but I will be keeping a close eye on it. One of the reasons for changing is the fact Megazorb has become so dusty, a lot of people comment about the fact woodshavings can be dusty but to be honest I have more dust coming from a sack of the zorb than any shavings I have ever had if its that dusty then surely it is going to cause problems for pigs? Will keep you updated on what we have decided.

Bernie has come on in leaps and bounds he is very happy and has now started to come to the bars of his cage for a chin and nose rub this was some thing he could never have done before as he was so shy. He also enjoys lap time. He wheeks for his veggies or any time the fridge door is open he also seems to know when feeding times should be.

Pinky our westie has been for her trim some thing that she enjoys a lot, she has come to know where she is as soon as she sees the door and her tail starts wagging :) We did have a few worrying days this week when she was sick but she seems to be back on top form now and enjoyed her walk yesterday and met and new friend called Frankie :)

Sox and Felix the cats aren´t really enjoying this cold weather Felix has been visiting the neighbour a lot more for treats and cuddles which is fine as she is a elderly lady who can no longer have animals so Felix is her friend.
