hi darren its rachelle,i was always a very" see it before i beleive it "type of person,for a long time in my life i thoght theres no hereafter just black nothing,now...I BELEIVE!having grown up in a house that was recorded after we moved to have 5 spirits,numerous "happenings"occured up til 10yrs old but being a child never knew anything about ghosts/spirits,me and my sister used to say the fairies were here!looking back they were very bad feelings we got sometimes complete terror,the house had a bad atmosfere always cold,dark and unfriendly.wasnt til we moved we felt completely diffrent!for many years i still didnt beleive until my sister moved there was that same uncomfortable "heavy" atmosfere,same as when i was younger,her dog was very tuned in and woke her up growling then hiding often.one evening i went into her bedroom,sat on the bed the curtain moved just one side rippling then actually being thrown out towards me.i was petrified!after running downstairs and a strong cup of tea,i went up again with my sister sat on the bed,nothing for about 10mins,then i felt a tight icy grip on my shoulder and an unbeleivable feeling of sadness,despair and upset,i ran down again and began crying!not this time because i was scared but because of the feeling from the spirit passing its feelings through me!after more things going on up and down stairs we called a spiritual church,they came and instantly knew there was souls there we joined them to communicate and release them to where they should be,the spirit that touched me was a seven year old girl lost alone,upset looking for her mummy and didnt know shed past on also there were elementals,think these are trees or something that was alive but not human and had died.the spiritualists also said my sister had a great gift for communicating and she came to use it a few times,in particular my mum had died 4 yrs ago now and she conversed with her and told things that there was no doubt it was made up!my sister said we have guardians too ones that watch over our lives here aparently mine is called roly!just now and again subtle things happen and i am "visited" so i know theres an after place,but am still very confused about this world and why we are here,sometimes suffering and life being so hard at times im quite looking forward to going "up there"!

Hi claire how are you, to answer your question which many people ask, yes everyone goes to the other good and bad, but there is a bonus to been a good genuine person, you will progress to a higher relm of learning while the not so developed people are still stuck on the relm they left before they were born, it is a bit like school really, different classes for peoples, the more you learn and develope here as a human being, the further you go on the other side, but the people who never learn, or dont want to learn will stay as they are until they are ready for change, it is just a shame when not so nice people cannot see that.
But do not worry, because there is a justice in this world, called blind justise, and everything we all do to others, comes back to us so we experience what we did, good and bad, just rise above it all and let your sensativity guide you always, you are a good soul, just block out the nasty things and grasp the good as always.

My mam died when i was 15yrs old (im now 45) just after she passed away i had a very strong feeling of her presense in tha bedroom she shared with my dad... that night when i went to bed as i drifted to sleep i felt her face on my cheek & smelt her perfume.
The next day as i was sat in our window seat she walked past our house wearing the sheepskin coat & scarf she always wore, my friend saw her too when we ran outside she had gone.
Im sure she was making sure i went to school xx

Well I´m sure my friend wont mind me telling you what happened with her Darren, when she was young she used to pet sit for another couple - well one night she was there with her friends, and the ouija board came out - well she swears that the glass really did move all by itself, anyway what happened was it actually spelt out the name and buriel place of this bloke in the Lake district - well, two of her friends were going to the lake district for a break and just for a laugh thought they would check out what the ouija board had spelt out - well it was spot on, the name and everything, and they took a photo of the headstone! Imagine how scared my friend was when she saw it? Su x

Yes I have been taken over by spiritual energies before, which is not very nice, that was before I learnt to keep them out ? the ouija board is something I have never done, it can bring energies that are beyond a worst nightmare and sometimes people are stuck with it ? my 12 year old son was been scratched all over his stomach tonight by an energy, it is sureal watching scratches appear on him in front of my eyes, they were deep and long as well, he is very well connected so they trouble him sometimes, you have to be emotionally well developed for paranormal activity.
It is just the same as this world you get nice people and nasty people, the spirit world is the same.

Hi Su I was 3 years old when I first experienced the spirit world when I had a accident and nearly had to have my arm amputated, until I was giving healing directly from the spirit world which helped to save my arm thank God. Healing is a special gift, my wife had a lump on the left side of her brain and she was told to go home as there was no treatment for her condition, after 3 minutes of healing and a m.r.i scan a couple of weeks later the lump had gone ? this was a couple of years ago now, then she had to go to the hospital 5 weeks ago with a pain on the left side of her lower stomach area, and the hospital did a scan and tests, they discovered she has a ovarian cyst 5cm by 6cm inside her left ovary, last tuesday she was suffering with alot of pain on the left side, so I gave her a healing session to help with the pain and she was alot more comfortable after that. She went in for her operation last thursday 2 days after the healing to have her ovary removed with the cyst, but when the consultant cut her open to remove everything, he discovered the cyst was gone and she is perfectly healthy ? he quickly closed her stomach and said a solid cyst cannot just disappear like this, and he could not offer an explanation? thank God a second time. So believe me when I say nothing surprises me anymore.
I see spirit people, hear spirit people and interact on most levels, you already have the abilities, just meditate to clear your mind and listen to your thoughts, place your hands on your stomach and heart when you meditate and it will give you energy direct from the source, no need to excuse the questions, ask anything you like.

Nothing is strange to me anymore Su, but I bet that got your attention lols, believe me I have had some very profound experiences, but in reality they are here just the same as before, but not in the physical body, we are never gone forever, we only go home so to speak.

Well I must tell you about what happened on the day that my mom in law passed away
She was in hospital with all the family around, and I went home to get ready for everyone coming back because i knew the time was coming. Well as i was getting the kettle ready for cups of tea a very strange thing happened - it sounds mad but i swear to you it´s true! the curtains blew right out - now all the doors and windows were closed, and I felt a very cold draught go right through me - at that point the phone rang and it was my husband telling me that his mom had just passed away! Strange eh? Su x

what an amazing story, so clear, as I read it I was been told the two friends walking on either side of you were guiding you and protecting you, Daryl everyone has the ability to communicate with the spirit world, but sometimes they do not know how or indeed what to do ? you are very gifted, you are a sensative person which means you are open to feel and recieve messages ? when we cannot listen to someone trying to communicate they often come to us through our dreams, but in my experience a dream in not a dream it is very real, you relaxed enough to be taking away from your body to spend that quality time with your father. It just shows you how close you are to the spirit world and your father. Your senses are very open you could develope very quickly, I felt that when you left a comment on my wall, by what you said it related to me like you gave me a message ? you are very gifted, in reality they are abilities we are all born with but forget about, some people never forget and you are 1 of them.
what an amazing story though very profound, I felt like he was been taking away to see someone else when you quickly got pulled back towards the door and it shut, it only takes a thought and people in the spirit world hear that, well they feel you calling them.

I had a really lovely connection with my father who died 20yrs ago. I met him in a dream, in a small pub in a small village (would be his idea of heaven) The dream began as I was walking up a cobbled street on a summers day, two friends were walking either side of me and I had my jacket hooked on my finger which was slung over my shoulder. I was talking to my friends (couldn´t see their faces (this is common in all my dream as all faces are slightly blurred) I suddenly relised that I wasn´t sure where I was or who they were but I was in a friendly conversation with them (as if I had split into two people) I said good bye to them a we walked up the hill towards the end of the road (T junction) Infront of me was a pub, one friend turned left and the other turned right and I was left standing at the door to the pub. At this point I had become myself and remember starring at my hands and looking down at my feet. I had no idea where I was and decided to go into the pub to ask were I was. As I entered I was aware of people sitting in this quiet pub (could not make out faces but everything else was very clear, I went to the bar (there was no bar staff) and stood next o a man sitting on a bar stool. At that moment I smelt my fathers pipe tobacco and as the man tuned around I saw that it was my father. He removed his pipe from his mouth, smiled and said "Hello Son". My grin was so big it hurt my face. He offered me a beer. I remember the smell of his real ale and the taste of my lager. I remembered starring at the clock on the wall and noting the time, we talked, I talked and told him every thing that had happened to me since I had last seen him. I remember looking at my pint glass and seeing all the froth lines (like tree rings) where I had taken so many small sips as I was talking so much. I remember so clearly his face so clear and his smile, I could even smell the bay rum that he used o slick back his hair with, he smiled at me and nodded whilst puffing on his pipe. I suddenly felt panic and looked up at the clock to see that exactly one hour had passed, I felt myself being pulled back towards the pub door and had a visual effect like in a Hichcock film when the camera pulls back sharply. I held out my arms towards him and shouted that I had to leave, I didn´t want to go and remember looking again at my hands stretched out toward him. He smailed and said "don´t worry son, i´ll see you again" Although I was facing toward him and the bar I was aware that the door opened and there was a bright light. The door slammed shut as I went through it.
I woke up and sat bolt upright in bed, I could not stop crying and laughing at the same time. My wife woke at the same time and asked me what was wrong. I could still smell the pipe smoke on my body for a few seconds as I sniffed my arms.
I dream every night and can always remember my dreams (as my poor wife will tell you as I tell her what they were as soon as I wake)
I realised following this dream that I have NEVER smelt anything in any of my dreams before or after this. I have never seen a face clearly in a dream before or since. I am convinced that I was really with him and have really wanted to see him again but sadly to this day I have not.
I have always felt that he was close to me but this was something else.
We have no reason to fear death, it´s just loosing touch with the ones or things we love.

I related this story to my aunt when my uncle died and pictured him sitting next to his brother in that wonderful sunny pub.

I hope that my experience gives others hope

Hi Jo you have had a lot to cope with, and a lot to face in life, no wonder you experience so much, why do I get the feeling to stay away from you, I mean that in a respectful way ? it is almost like you are keeping people at arms length as it were ?
you will get a message at the right time, but also you are been taught that why be told something you already know ? you have thoughts and feelings thick and fast at times, just listen to them all as you are the best person to get messages for yourself ?

I have had an out of body experience when i was quite ill, i have known when people are going to pass over too, yet i have never seen spirit that was close to me, in the last 6 years i have lost , my husband, my faithful dog toby, my mum and now my younger brother, and being a true believer i know that life goes on, (i was named in the spiritualist church) i have never had a decent message, maybe one day... xx jo

You made a connection to an elderly lady from your side of the family who passed, she feels like a gran, a strong willed lady who has a mass a admiration for you, she puts words in your thoughts all the time, like you have wondered where a thought come from, well it is her, she addores you and the family. She has a dog over there with her, you will remember ? I cannot get the name of the dog but it feels like S at the begining something like that, anyway she gives you the thoughts and feelings you have experienced, she gives you the interest in spiritual things also that makes you wonder how much more there really is over there.

Thanks alot Darren, I sense people whom have passed on as well.....if i´m busy or scared I tell them that I need time & am not ready yet & they usually leave. I do need to open up to this but right now I don´t feel strong enough. Once the recent events have calmed a little I shall find the energy to channel into this x

Claire this is the life of a psychic, I was woke up as Jade Goody passed over, I felt like I was having a heart attack in the early hours as I felt her heart stop, thats how strong the feelings can be.
All you need to do is stop worrying, calm yourself and stay relaxed, nothing can hurt you, the one thing you must do is stay positive in your thinking, the more positive the better.
Listen to your thoughts more they communicate with through your thoughts and it becomes more clear as your confidence grows.
I hear them, see them, just look at them as people just like here on earth they are just the same, when feelings come over you that can be hard sometimes to cope with , when they are so strong, the quicker you recognise them the easier life is for you, because it can be easy to think these are your own feelings.

I get these feelings alot of the time. To tell you the truth I´m scared to open up to them because I´m scared I´ll be hurt or they´ll be evil. I´ve seen lots of spirits, had lots of encounters & felt lots of things. My husband never really believed in this kind of thing until one night when I was asleep I woke up suddenly with a very empty feeling.....something had changed. My husband woke up & said what´s the matter...so I told him that something wasn´t right...something had happend but I didn´t know what....i felt sad but at peace as well. he hugged me back to sleep. In the morning we recieved a phone call..............My husbands Grandma had passed away during the night after fighting a long term illness, My husband was in shock as he rememberd what happend during the night.....he´s starting to believe now. I truly believe that his grandma visted me to try & let me know that she was passing on.....I don´t know if she had a message for us....I don´t have that ability to let them speak to me. it´s happend before with someone I didn´t really know. I was on a work experience placement & on the way to work I had a really weird feeling that something wasn´t right (the same as the story above), upon arrving at work the feeling was really strong, I had to ask someone if something had happend..........one of the staffs husband had passed away suddenly during the night...I didn´t even know this man but I think he was trying to get a message to me. My mum rang me before & before she´s spoke I said Great Grandma has passed away hasn´t she? She was gobsmacked & I don´t know how I knew. I could go on forever talking about how I´ve seen my grandma when she passed on & my Grandad but i´ll be here forever.....so yep, I´ve had lots of paranormal experiences x

I respect your thoughts 100%, some people think that if a medium is a real medium why do they not tell me something, well the truth is a medium cannot connect to someone who does not have an open mind, I am not saying you have a closed mind, but it is a 2 way street a medium can only read you if you want to be read, as you have personal feelings that are private.
If you have never felt a presence from a loved who has crossed over then you have not learnt any of the signs thats all. for example have you ever had a dream about your daugher ? have you ever been out somewhere and your mind is busy thinking about what you need to do and suddenly your daughter comes in to your mind with deep emotion, when your daughter draws close to you, you feel emotion thats you feeling her presence, I have thoughts racing around in my mind now saying you can be stubborn, I do not know you so these are not my thoughts ? Liz it is not my job to convince you of anything but what if you are missing out on something that is very real because you have not experienced anything, in reality if we do not experience anything then our bodies are in fact dead, because we experience something every minute of every day, sit on a comfortable chair take 10 deep slow breaths and close your eyes, then relax, completely relax like you are drifting off to sleep in your thoughts gently say your daughters name just once then be aware of your surroundings with your eyes still closed, signs can be a slight breeze, the slightest of touches, your daughter has a funny sense of humour because she is laughing at all of this, because she is with you 24 hours a day 7 days a week just about, you were very protective and you did not want her to go very far, to protective but she understands why, she is the one that says you are stubborn in changing your beliefs, she talks of a teddy bear, like a keep sake or something, but she will not say anything that is personal as you are a reserved private lady which I respect completely.

Hi Darren 4 years ago I suddenly and unexpectedly lost my daughter she was 25 I dont often speak about this as its a very personal thing she was so close to me we shared a strong bond and I loved and protected her throughout her life.I cant help feeling if there was something out there especially between two people who were so close why has she never tried to contact me or show any signs that she is ok I have never felt her presence and I would never go to a medium or psychic to look for her thats not for me.What I am trying to say is if there was a way for her to contact me she would.I do respect other peoples beleifs and I know that some people get great comfort and healing from people like yourself but as yet i have no reason to believe.

When you smell cigars or smoke and perfumes and other smells for no reason it is usally the person connecting to you who has passed, it is part of who they were when they were here

hi Top cat, first of all no one is dead lols, no one dies ever, I know this 100% because I stepped out of my body during a talk I was giving to a group and my guide stepped into my body to say a few words, dying is the biggest lie we are ever told, and what does this do, it puts fear in to our minds about the whole process. To be honest I look at dying as progression we move on to where we came from, our job is done here and it is time to go home.
When you here someone call your name it is your guide trying to get your attention so you both can hook up and start communicating, if you hear this you are well on your way with your journey.
Another thing if you hear your name been called and it sounds like someone you know well it will be there spirit calling on you to get a message to that person, the person who´s voice you hear will not know anything about it because they are to busy with life and trying to cope in there own minds to hear their own souls speaking to them. If you hear it again stand still and listen to your thoughts then you will know what they want to say, start meditating and learn to clear your mind that way you will recieve clear messages.

Swimming in the sea with horses must have been amazing! We dont get to do that but we keep our horses as naturally as possible, they live out all year round, all bearfoot, we ride with halters and bearback pads, never with a bit and ive just taught Dolci to be ridden in nothing but a halter. People laughed at me when i told them i would "break her in" with that, saying i was stupid and i couldnt be done but we did it, no one holding her just a friend on the side lines just incase. It was the most incredible day. We all do Parelli, natural horsemanship and clicker training along with a few other natural ways and all the horses love it. We also had a foal born naturally 6 months ago, living with the herd and loves all her aunties and uncles! With the crystals i seem to keep going for amethyst, i have loads of it! I do have a beautiful clear quartz point, i will use that tonight but i´ll get more next week! Have a fab day, Jo x

Hi Darren. I hear people calling me they always seem so far away. They seem to know my name some times they call me and i say yes because i think it is a member of the family calling me and some times i get smells of cigar or perfume smells around me and even been asked what perfume I´m wearing. Is it the dead.

K9 Yes dogs do connect to us spiritually and are often connected to us during a life time weather here or over in the spirit world, they normally leave us when we are ready and stronger as a person.

meditation Jo, this will teach you to be still, but you need to have patients, your other gifts, well healing is 1, seeing spirit people is another, psychic writing and many others, but until you learn to be still and allow yourself to become stronger they cannot increase the energy they give you, energy is like electricity the stronger you are physically, mentally and emotionally the more you can have, I run 5 miles every day to keep my body in shape and to prepare for my next visit, I give my soul love with healing energy and I keep a clear focused mind to keep a healthy mind, these are the 3 key components to a happy life, then there is the sub components but you will learn all of this if you meditate and listen to every emotion within you and control it, sounds alot I know, but you already do alot of this now.

What do you mean? what other gifts do i have? They do give me a break from time to time but they are a bit cheeky as they get Cookie, my cat to wake me. I´m pretty sure its not her doing on her on. I definatly need to take more control, i also am told that i need to be quiet more and be still, something i find hard to do having a full time job, running a house on my own and having 3 animals that i cant stop kissing all the time! :-)

by the way stop trying to stay strong letting tears out is strength and you have strength in abundance let go and let it out then you move forward this is how it works, when we hold back emotion we end up nervious wrecks, tears brings strength I know as I have cried a thousand rivers, but I know I am strong physically, mentally and emotionally on every level, but it was hard work getting here, but how I feel now was my reward as it will be yours

you feel me very well Jo because that is why I was born, that is my mission in this life, and you chatting at 4.00 am you must have some energy, they can be a bit forth right, but you can say no and respond in your own time, not when they just want to, remember you have to control your abilities do not let them control you as your life will never be your own once they step in to far ? and just because you say no that does not mean your gifts will go away, it just gives you control, your guide will help you progress more once you learn to control this, I was the same I wanted to have it all, but believe me it can take over your whole life if you let it. learn to control it Jo then you will progress.

There are some thing going on at the moment that havent made me cry yet but i´m almost there... Staying strong as i know everything happens for a reason and what will be will be. I do take on emotions very easily, and find it difficult sometimes but i love the fact i can feel and that i am open to it all, good and bad. I will try to step back but they love waking me up at 4 in the morning to chat! Your are such a kind and caring person, i can feel that from you right now, its lovely! Hi Jo I am in the north east of England, Jo the thumb well when you feel something as strong as that you are not a medium in training believe me, that means you are very open to connecting, I gett scratches on my neck, back and face when a nasty person connects with me.
Jo step back from it all for a little while, allow yourself to breath with everyday life, I feel tears with you for some reason, Jo when you get a feeling of sadness or anything out of no where just ask in your thoughts who or where is it coming from and let your thoughts speak to you.
I see them, hear them talk with them and sometimes battle with the not so nice ones, so I know how you feel, I have been a medium since I was born, but started having experiences from 3 years old when I had a accident and nearly lost my arm.

Hey Darren, i´m a medium in training, i also am learning the art of animal communication which is amazing! I´ve had loads of experiences, all good except from one when i was walking with a friend around our local hospital and someone put their thumb in my throat, stoped me in my tracks and took me a good few mins to get my breath back. I had a big red mark on my throat for the rest of the night! Where are you based? How long have you been a medium? jo x
