Casper diagonosed with thyroid problem

Casper was diagonosed with under an underactive thyroid on Thursday 12th March. The vet has now put him on medication. Im surprised with the amount of weight hes been gaining that they hadnt picked up on this before. But finally they have, and hes now back on the road to recovery. Ive seen a bit of improvement already since yesterday afternoon. Hes not been as tired as what he normally was. Hes actually out of his bed a bit more now and going in the garden a bit more and taking notice of whats going on around him. Im so pleased with his progress already after a few days on his medication. Hes back at the vets in a couple of months for another blood test. Hopefully by then he`ll have lost a some weight as well.
