What is a blog?
A blog is something you write on your own webpage – an update, news item or diary entry. It is short for web-log.
What is a forum?
Forums are a place to exchange ideas and information. There are many different SUBJECT areas. A member can create a new DISCUSSION and other members can then post their REPLY. On PetStreet you have a limited amount of space so please try to be brief. There are a few simple common-sense rules for our Forums that we ask everyone to follow.
What can I do if someone leaves a rude or unacceptable message on my pages?
You have complete control over the content of your page - you can delete any comment or message left on your page by any other user entirely at your discretion. You can also report another user to us by pressing the report as inappropriate button under a specific message or post.
Can I have a personalised URL for my page?
As well as simply reading the URL (the http://www bit) from the browser window, you can also set up a more friendly and easy to remember URL for your owner, pet and group pages. You can do this when registering, or when editing your profile, by completing the Folder field - if you choose fred as your folder, your personal URL will be www.petstreet.co.uk/fred. The website will ensure this is unique, so unfortunately you may not get your first choice.
