Missing and Found CatsI would be interested to hear from anyone who lost there cat and found them, particulary after a long time. i've heard how cats have suddenly turned up after say three years, or wandered miles from home. I have Sam on the web and he is still missing (since May 2006). He was seen by me and everyone during the heatwave but full of high jinxs. Then someone caught him and he ran off in fright. Joey went missing 11 months before after a fright outside but I found him after 2 months and he have not left my side since. I still search for him, and went to a psychic, and I write stories about him. look forward to hearing from anyone. Then he went missing for about six weeks. She was frantic until her old neighbour from her old house phoned to say he had turned up on the doorstep. Heaven knows how he found his way. I also heard of a cat that had gone missing in Cambridge and two years later turned up in Newmarket about 15 miles away. He was microchipped, so they were able to track down the owner. It is devastatingly worrying when they go off; I do hope you find yours soon. 02 Jan 2008 11:09 my sister looked after her friends 2 cats while she worked abroad for 2 years one was happy but the other disappeared after a couple of weeks the cats only lived 5 doors down the road so knew the area my sister did not see the cat again untill the friend came home she got out of the taxi nd before she was in the house the cat ws there it must of been near enough to hear them talking he was a bit thin but well 02 Jan 2008 10:47 Member Removed I had two 1O month old tabby kittens and they both went missing together.A couple of weeks later Bonnie came back mewing at the door but sadly her brother Clyde never returned.I could swear that have seen a grown cat, years later in the area that looks the spit of him though.Really hope you find your cat x |
