JOBS and DOGS

Do you have any suggestions for careers/jobs that are suitable for dog owners...so that the dog can either come to work with you or so that you are not out all day meaning that the dog is not left alone all day?
Any suggestions appreciate!
Thanks!

I don´t think I´d think much of a vet who allowed a healthy dog to stay in a cage all day.

I worked in the vets and got my dog from there who came to work with me every day. The receptionist also bought her dog in and he sat behind the counter.

I could take my dog to work with me if I wanted it would mean leaving her in the car for short spells between clients so I dont do it in case she got stolen.Im lucky on nightshift she is not at home alone she is in bed with her dad so nightshift is good if you have someone at home but this depends on the type of work you want to do.

Or maybe with the RSPCA or something of the sort. When I used to go to Battersea dogs home some of the staff there bought their dogs with them.

What about dog grooming? You can´t take your dog on the course unless it is the bring your own dog type, but once you are qualified he might be able to come. There is also a huge demand for dog walkers. Both of these, of course, involve working for yourself. I used to employ a shop assistant who brought her doberman in with her every day (don´t worry, it wasn´t a food shop) or something in the pet shop line where people are used to seeing dogs about the place.

We just homed a Jack Russell to a man who´s a locksmith, he´s based at home and when he gets a call out Floyd goes out in the van with him. Unfortunately nothing else springs to mind, if it did I´d be doing it myself. Just waiting for my lottery win lol
