Any advice for Guinea Pig eyes

Hi there
Ginger my 5 year old who has a kidney tumour and is a little fighter has recently had a little dot appear in one of her eyes, it´s a white dot towards the upper part of the eye. I don´t really want to drag her to the vets unless it´s necessary, does anyone have any ideas. It doesn´t seem to be bothering her and her eye isn´t watering at all.

the eye does go slightly cloudy as part of the healing process, some times even a milky liquid can appear but it soon rights itself :) Off to look at photos now !!!

Hi Dazie
It could well of been but as quick as it arrived, it seems to have gone, although this eye does look cloudy today so I wonder whether she´s developing cataracts, poor thing what with a kidney tumour as well. But if you look at the new photos that I´ve added for Ginger today, you´ll see she´s quite happy (and cheeky).

Does it look like a pearl? Some times piggy´s get eye poke injuries from bits of hay or straw some times they just appear out of no where but the little pearl colouration is the eye trying to heal. I would keep a close eye on it (no pun intended lol) and if it changes at all contact your vet.
