urgent help

catherine storey

my dog took a funny turn yesterday, he is now walking with his rear end twisted to one side. He is a cavalier king charles and will be 8 in sept I am aware these dogs dont live that long, he was knocked down 3 years ago and doesnt seem to have been right since. also he is over weight but only gets two tubs of food per day and lots of exercise could this be swelling caused by the accident as it has affected his nerve endings. please help he is my baby.

mine hunched all up the other day and looked twisted attacked the other dog and cryed evey time she moved scared the life out of me luckerly saf had eaten a dove in the garden and was consterpated, trip to the vets a little flush and home happy
