Thanks very much for coming back to me - you were very quick! 06 Aug 2009 11:51 I´m sorry to hear that you have had paperwork problems Karin - Petlog have a maximum of 5 working days procedure for sending out the confirmation paperwork once we have received it here. Usually the issues revolve around us not receiving the paperwork immediately after the pet has been chipped - with the implanters/breeders/rescue centres holding onto the forms until they have a large batch to send. The certifcates themselves are also outsourced to an independant printers so extra problems can occur there. Do you have the paperwork for your pets now, or are you still awaiting some? 06 Aug 2009 09:32  how do i change a cat´s mico chip details if i don´t have all his paper work 06 Aug 2009 07:10 Both my cats are chipped with Petlog and I´ve had to chase paperwork with them several times.
