Fruity Dog No,it´s not what you´re thinking..... Marley (bless him) has a new trick..... Out walking in the Autumnal fields there is much to be found - blackberries in particular. This has certainly caused Marley much glee..... He has eaten: sloes,plums,damsons,apples,pears,hazelnuts/filberts and God knows what else. However,the blackberries are a favourite.... He will stop,look for the ripest fruit,and carefully pick them off with his front teeth. We will then saunter onwards,with him looking mightily pleased with himself...... You will hear a bit of a kerfuffle,and he will sit there looking triumphant with that "Guess what I´ve got!" look on his face....... 07 Sep 2009 10:51  Good ole Marley....such red berry fruits are packed full of Vitamin C and antioxidants......animal´s know what´s good for them and in what quantities (LOL). 06 Sep 2009 20:38  ha ha ha ha bless him mine likes grapes ( yes i know they shouldnt have them ) they kept dissapering out of the fruit bowl so i spyed on my dog and saw her climb up on the table and carefully pull the grape off little ****** i had no idea she was doing it HA HA needless to say the fruit bowl has been moved lol god knows how long she has been doing this tho 06 Sep 2009 20:29  Kyra loves blackberries and wild raspberries, Heiko wont touch them, ive had a few dogs that have loved them. |
