Pinky-red skin after dog attack?

Well, last month my 2 and a half year old Lionhead bunny was attacked by a dog the neighbours were looking after. We spoke to a vet and all seems to be well - apart from the area where the dog gripped him is looking quite pink (pinker than the rest of him), and the fur is well... different to the rest of his fur.
Would you say this is normal or a cause for concern?
Thanks,
Vicky.

if your vet says everything is ok then i wouldn´t worry to much
its probs just where the fur was pulled out by the dog it will grow back
.... if your worried at all go right back to the vet only your vet can put your mind at ease as far as your pets are concerned
hope your bunny is back his old self in no time xx
