cats and chocolate i know that human chocolate is posinous to dogs but is it the same for cats. i ask because i walked into the room and found maisie tucking into the bar of chcolate i had left in there. i expect if i hadn´t of walked in she would hav had the whole lot! They are a rare treat, but I only have to rattle the container I put them in and he´s crawling up me to get at them! 23 Aug 2010 17:58  I have always read in Cat mags that choc is poisonous to cats too.
