CAt wheely bin woman charged

The Coventry woman who was filmed putting a cat into a wheely bin has been formally charged on animal cruelty charges. Thank goodness for that She is a despicable person and deserves a serious charge and punishment.

Pauline, The rspca prosecutions are private prosecutions, The SSPCA Scotland) cases go through to an independent prosecuting body (Procurator Fiscal)
Something wed like to see done here in England to, l wonder if the rspca would have taken on this case if if wasn´t such ´high profile´.

I think in UK the CPS have to be sure of a conviction to bring a charge so it´s not all in the hands of the RSPCA.
Let´s hope that she gets the punishment she deserves.
