Penny My beautiful Syrian hamster, Penny, died of dehydration and possibly she could of caught a human virus which gave her a chest infection. I really miss her, she was only 1 1/2 years old. She was very healthy for her whole life except the last week. The vet gave her injections but she came out in a rash.
