PLEASE HELP THESE WONDERFUL OLD DOGS

Please help Max and Adora. They are two wonderful old Akitas who have for many years worked so very hard for several charities and canine organisations including:
Akita Rescue and Welfare (UK)
The Blue Cross (Education Programme)
The Mayhew Animal Home and Humane Education Centre
Therapy Dogs
Breed Ambassadors at Discover Dogs.
They have been nominated for a national canine award (Dogs Monthly/HiLife Trophy) for all the incredible work they have done and still continue to do in promoting a realistic and responsible image of the breed and all dogs everywhere.
HOW YOU CAN HELP PLEASE
