Who´s snowed in and how are you and your pets coping

Well thought the worse was over here it´s now chucking it down and lying on the ice from last 2weeks fall have just walked blossom it wasn´t easy so I think it will be the garden for the rest of the day makes you think of people who don´t have a garden and have to take the dog out especially older people I´m sure there´s plenty problems with all types of pets in the snow and I do feel for the animals who live outdoors.

I am one of the lucky ones, I have a big 175 foot back garden, so can let my dogs out to exercise, if weather is to bad, we have lots of older people living in my street, but my brother, lodger & hubby go round to them each day, just to see if they are OK & to take them & their pets food if need be.

We have a mixture of snow and rain today but its very cold, just hope it dosent freeze ,ive been lucky so far in getting the dogs out but it must be terrible for some,especially those with no gardens or like you say the elderly.
