Where is everyone???

i prefered the old set up since it was changed i cant find my friends and found it not the same i just bob on now not been on for ages

i agree ed it is difficult for you people do need to know what is going on whether good or bad its easy for people to criticise but if they stopped and thought for a momment its not to difficult to find something to post on perhaps if more people tried to find things to post there maybe more of a response its easy to critise but another to try and do something and if they really wished its not to difficult i have posted 2 today noe on bonkers and one on general forum so common guys stop winging and start posting ed is doing is bit let us do ours.

Hi -I appreciate the comments made here. The new site has been a saga but I am still hoping it will be coming soon. I get really frustrated about the delay but its not in my hands. I think there has been some lack of momentum because of that whilst I have been worrying about the re-design.

Margaret - not everyone likes getting e-mail notifications - but I am taking that on board. And as for cruelty stories I do take on board that too many are not good - but people need to hear the truth and occasionally I have to say what is going on out there. its a difficult balance for me.

Hi have not seen much activity recently on the other forum I am on either, I think its the weather that are making people feel SAD so are staying off the forums, I go on the JRT forum & there is a thread on there that´s been on front page since 8th November 2010, with only 4 comments on it, all my friends on there seem to have disappeared, I know I not been on here last week much as I have been in/out of hospital, but am going to try to be on here during the evenings (7-9 Monday to Friday)

Have to agree on the thread updates, they should automatically go to top or something, yes even the forums got a bit depressing at times and can understand some people dont want to see it.
Perhaps you could tell what you want to see more of.

every forum I have every joined will send you an email when someone updates a thread and that thread will move to the top of the list. People then log in to see the reply and answer again if they want. Nothing like that happens here; you will reply to a post, then forget about it. That is the reason, I think, why it is so slow. I have said it before, and once I actually got a message about a thread I had started. Just once. This is what keeps the other forums going. I can come on here after a month or so and find that the same things are there, nothing has happened. I also find there are far too many posts about various acts of cruelty in the newspapers. A while ago I came on and that was literally all there was on the front page, just horrible reports of cruelty. I can´t do anything about it, I don´t want to know.
