Bees

Just wondering if anybody else is seeing lots of bees this year as we seem to be getting loads coming into the house. I have helped 2 to leave my kitchen today and there have been lots of others over the last couple of weeks or so.

We also seem to have lots of ladybirds and also some really awful black flies with long legs (not sure what they are). The other day I had a particularly unpleasant walk when i had to keep swatting these things away from my face - had to make sure I kept my mouth shut or else no doubt I´d have been eating them...yuck!
