RSPCA?

Many years ago (approx 15) we lost our dog and went a full year without any pets. We eventually went to the Coventry rs centre to seek advice on the best pet for our lifestyle, we both worked. They suggested Ferrets! Not only that, they put us in touch with a ferret expert even though they made NO money out of us. We´ve had ferrets since then until our last one, Portia passed away earlier this year. As a critic of the rs, as readers know, I can only speak as I find. They gave Liz and myself good advice, told us of the pitfalls and the benefits, spent time with us answering our questions (I, for one was very suspicious) and as said earlier put us in touch with the ferret world. I hasten to add that this was a LOCAL rs, not the shower that resided in Horsham.
