Hi Reg, I had a few problems in the beginning too, but Vena´s got it in one. The only other thing worth mentioning is uploading photos & updating info can take a bit longer than initially expected, especially if the photos are very big. There are a few teething problems but I know that the Editor is working on them so hang in there, we´ll help out as much as we can ;-)

Hi Reg I had the same problem, you have to do as Vena says but in the box that says dogs name, well you have to delete those words then add your dogs name, it was not clear and I was messing around for ages!! hope you manage it now

click on your pets picture, then click on ´edit´ above your dogs pic there is a box put his/her name in there, then scroll down and click ´save´ Hope that helps
