                                    THIS IS MY STORY
lt was winter time, cold and wet ,l had been wandering the streets for a while. l slept anywhere l could find that seemed safe, each day l had to go looking for food it wasnt easy as people used to shout at me and chase me away. l was very young and didnt know what l was doing wrong, l remember feeling very lonely no one to play with or snuggle up to.lt was a wet dreary day, l was doing my usual round of the bin bags looking for food when this man approached me. My first reaction was to run, but he didnt shout or chase me off, lnstead he spoke softly to me, it was a long time since anyone had spoke nicely to me. He offered me a biscuit l was wary but starving ,the temptation was to much, l picked up courage and took it from him. It was really tasty he was on his knees at my level talking to me , . l longed for human company and . something told me it would be ok to go to him, he handed me some  more biscuits and I let him stroke me id never had soothing strokes before, and longed to be cuddled .
he gently got hold of me and put me in a van, I was petrified, I was taken to a place where there was lots of dogs barking and growling and put in a kennel,it felt ever so closed in as  I had been wandering the streets for a while.The other dogs frightened me,l was shaking with fear  later a nice lady gave me some food I was starving and it was good,she also spoke to me nicely I began to feel a bit better.
Next day a man and woman came to look at me ,feeling brave behind the bars l barked and growled as loud as I could. Next thing the kennel door was opening and this man came in speaking quietly, I Panicked thought he was going to belt me so I ran to the back of the kennel (and ashamed to say wet myself) The man sat down on the floor still speaking to me, I eventually picked up courage and crawled over to him.
He stayed with me for a while stroking me gently it felt really good, when he left I heard him say yes well have her. What did he mean I wondered cause I liked him a lot,I didnt see them again for 7 days and was very sad, I found out from one of the other dogs we have to wait 7 days to see if our owners claim us,as I no longer had an owner I prayed they would come back.
My prayers were answered on the 8th day they arrived,I still barked but not as much we went for a lovely walk I pulled all the way) and didnt understand why I was put back in the kennel, didnt they want me after all? I was wishing I hadnt misbehaved on the walk,next day they arrived again I heard there voices and was ever so exited, and thought I must behave today.
When he took me outside the lady was holding another dog he was Huge, and looked like a big bear I started barking at him and showing my teeth pretending I wasnt afraid ill show him whose boss, the man told me not to be silly and we carried on walking.I was so exited ,forgot to behave and pulled all the way,the other dog wanted to be friends  he looked quite old but I was having none of it I later found out he was an Akita.
They came back every day for a week and took me out with there other dog, perhaps hes not so bad I thought and eventually decided we could be friends. One day after a walk I wasnt put back in the kennel but in the back of a car, I didnt know what to think and was a bit nervous we arrived at this house and l  was taken inside and told this is your new home,hope you like it (Like it) was like heaven to me there was a huge garden and I was allowed to go anywhere in the house.but best of all l had a Mum and Dad to love me  Well  think I will call it a day as all this writing is making me tired and as its cooled down, dad is taking me for my walk, I will let you know howI l settled in soon.

hi kyra glad you had a fab holiday,all them hotdog sausages didnt help the vet said i put weight on this week,so mums cutting my food down when i have treats,me and bonnie are learning to weave and dance at training school ,mum cant get her leg up high and bonnie wont go under he he ,i can do it but only for a treat hence the weight gain,beths hole is getting bigger and bigger then she lies in all the soil she as dug up,mum is threatening to have the garden slabbed,dont think i fancy that ,shes just being a spoil sport .well you and heiko seem to be getting on very well,lots of licks megan x

hi kyra hows it going did you enjoy your holiday,mums took over bonnies training at class she said dads to soft with her ,she gets us hot dog sausages for treats but bonnie bit her finger when she grabbed the sausage mum was very mad at her but dad just laughed he he .beth as dug a massive hole in the garden and i fell down it when i wasnt looking were i was going very embarassing,give heiko a great big kiss off me and the other two ,luv megan xxx

Yes all my family likes wolves and they have 6 spirit wolf freinds, as well as a few other animal spirits. Not sure if she has looked at the wolf video but I´ll get the message across to her somehow. :)

hi kyra mums having trouble with messages so hope you get this one,we had loads of rain but went to a show sunday and mum entered me in best trick he he she was worried i would let her down but i came second 1st was a dancing poodle mum says she is going to learn me to dance i dont think so,diet is going well but mum catched one of the kids giving me sc ratchings mmmh .lots of licks megan xxx sorry mum couldnt get her pic on so you will have to do with hers .

Yes I am quite small but mighty...hehehe...I have spikes and I know how to defend myself, but I wouldn't do that to you my friend:-)
