thanks for getting in touch.Yesterday we all went for a long walk from Brighton to Hove along the sea front and we were exhausted afterwards,but it was fun meeting all the other dogs and their owners.

Petey what are you thinking of biting Mum? Get a grip mate..... so you have a new play mate then, he sounds ace, where did he come from? Are you cool with it Petey? I've been quite naughty lately, we have a new addition to our household also (another bloody patterdale terrier) so in protest I've been weeing everywhere.... hee hee hee I did get scared though when I overheard Mum saying she would kill me if she caught me actually doing it..................... gulp, I can't help it, it's just how I express myself, I bet you understand don't you mate....?

Glad you enjoyed your trip out yesterday, your good wearing your coat, Mum puts one on me and pretend to be dead, I wont walk until she takes it off...I'm extremely stubborn, do you think its our breed?

I bark at any random noise then when Mum or Dad tells me to be quiet I growl at them to remind them how ferocious I am. Mum says I must have been dropped on my head as a babe. I didn't move in with Mum until I was 15 months old, I lived with a breeder. I was bred to be a stud dog (reehay, happy days!) but was sadly born with an over-shot jaw so couldn't be used for that.... I spent my time in a kennel and was taught absolutely nothing. I had never been in a house so when Mum took me home I was soooooo frightened. It took me 2 weeks to get the courage up to even walk in the house (I remained in the garden) and when I saw the TV I poo'd myself - literally...

Mum says I have made lots of progress, but still have a long way to go. Mum and Dad's friends take the piss out of me cuz I'm so silly but what do they know. Us small creatures have to stick together Petey, so I'm glad we've made friends. x

After I read your page I couldn't believe you sound exactly like me! I too am extremely nervous and shy, I am infact scared of my own shadow. My Mum says I'm such a nervous wreck I react to everything like a doberman trapped in a chihuahua's body....She also says I'm a prat and I should get a grip buts thats another story... wonder why we are sooooooo scared????
