Stanley

Hello! I'm stanley - a very friendly and often mischievous staffy. I'm told I can be a bit of a handful as i do tend to get excited very easily but that's only because i need lots of cuddles and attention.
I can't remember much about my early life but i'm told im a rescue dog who was in a cage for the first eleven weeks of life and treated badly by someone who didnt like me very much. i find that hard to believe because people are always lifting me out of my den now and fussing over me, often when i'd rather be snoozing. Quite frankly some of that 'sit' and 'leave' nonsence they find so fascinating gets on my nerves after a while. Still, people are simple creatures and they tend to give me biscuits and cuddles if I go along with their demands, so ive decided that in general i'll do what humans seem to like! Some of my other interests include chasing my boomer ball, visiting good walking sites and flirting with lady dogs and indeed females in general. My dislikes include being told not to pick up things or jump up at people ( i'm only being friendly after all- but apparently it's not acceptable!) and the unfair prejudice there is in society against staffies and other bull breeds. (my Mum tends to moan alot about that one!)Love and woofs, Stan
