My Blog 14 Apr 2008 19:10 14 Apr 2008 19:10 Well, I had a fun day on saturday! Mum took me and Comfort to what she said was a Rabbit Show. There were loads of different rabbits there! There was a HUGE one! She was friendly, her name was delilah. Mum said she had entered me in the Lop class and Comfort in the Fancy class.
Mum put me in a show pen and I waited for my turn. I was a little bit frightened by the noise and people, but I was ok when mum gave me some carrot and broccoli to eat. Then she took me out of my show pen and put me on a long white table. A lady in a white coat was stroking me and checking me all over. After that I was put back in my show pen and loads of white bits of paper with writing on them were put in front of me. Mum then put 3 red rosettes on my pen which she said meant I had won. Then she went and collected 4 trophies that were mine! She said that I had won Best Lop and Best In Show!

My name is officially Lenor! Or Lennie....yup up guessed it....I'm a guy! Of course I played the girl thing as long as possible and had the human's completely fooled. Then I just couldn't resist Comfort. Well, that was me busted! Mum wasn't quite sure what to do with me, but seeing as we live seperately and she can supervise us when we are out playing together so I can't get any fun :(
Never mind. I must remember that she is my half-sister and funny business is NOT allowed. Mum's keeping an eye on us and I normally get let out by myself now which isn't as much fun. Ah well, Mum keeps mentioning something called "neuter" but I'm not sure what it means. She says if I have it done I can play with Comfort all the time. I'm not sure what it is but it must be an operation of some sort. Can't be so bad if I can play with Comfort again!

My new Mum can't decide what to call me. She is thinking of staying with the Fabric Softener theme. My half-sister who she got about a year ago now is called Comfort. My new Mum got me as a companion for Comfort because she didn't want her to be lonely and thought she would be happier with a friend.
I'm still new and a bit of a baby though I had great fun today in my new house eating grass my new mum picked for me and exploring the kitchen. I was very frightened at first but I went an explored after Comfort introduced herself and showed me around. My new Mum is really nice and I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I wonder what adventures me and Comfort will have then.
What a tiring day it has been. I'm going to sign off and head to bed. Any name suggestions are very welcome!
