Fishes

Well what a shock we got today, my other half was cleaning our upstairs tank and took out the pump which he then took outside to clean. He took the top off and put it to one side to clean the bottom half. 20 mins later when he picked the top back up he found a fish inside it! This was no ordinary fish though as we havent seen it for 4 months! We presumed it had died and been eaten but no after 4 months of being stuck in the pump and 20 mins out of the water he drops out of the pump and into a gap between 2 slabs! My other half got him up as quick as poss and hes now doing laps of the tank like nothing ever happened! I´m not sure how long he´ll last but wow what a fighter.

Well firstly our smallest angel fish - lewis has moved back into the big tank and his brother Fernando is going to a new home where he will be the only angel and can be the boss! The baby guppies have now been released into the tank and have settled really well (there are some pics on here now). The krib babies are doing well, eating grinded flake food and growing already! There are some pics of them up too :)

The main fish tank is in chaos after the kribs had about 30 babies yesterday! The parents have been so aggressive the other fish have had to hide in corners so parents and babies are now in a breeding net which makes 2 nets - one with young guppies in. Not sure if they´ll all make it but if they do god knows what i´ll do with them! On a sadder note i may have to get rid of one angel fish and one of the gourami´s passed away :/
