we all went to a dog show and i got 2nd place for best hound,i beat all those posh pedigree dogs,mum and dad were so pleased,then the heavens opened and the show was cancelled,megan and bonnie got soaked but i had my coat on so i was ok,bonnie is my new best riend she follows me everywhere and makes me play with her,but shes not to pleased when i bite the balls to pieces he he ,its hard work being retired so must go for a nap now zzzzzzzzzzz

im all better now,and settled in my new home,i tried to play with bonnie but she ran off scared,mum sneaks me treats when there not looking as the vet said i need to put weight on,hope i dont get a gut like megans,going to an open day at the kennels sunday see all my old friends,mums getting me a new coat but dad wants a red one and mum wants pink,so see what happens,getting lots of long walks i,m supposed to be retired will someone tell them .help me .

the greatest hing i ever known,somone came and took me home,away from the track,hope i,ll never go back,like a nightmare in my memory,my future looked black, then i was adopted and my life was spared...i thank god every day that somone cared,cause this must be heaven,i,m a winner this time, got a ball and a bed all mine,and i,m crazy about my family,devoted you might say,like a shadow beside them,you can bet i want to stay, and i,m special too,they call me "sweetheart"and they hug and kiss me,and tell me i,m smart,even dreams are perfect now,no stress,no strife,and i run for fun now,stead of for my life. anon author.

Hi, I am Ellen and me and my family own a greyhound who gets up to really silly stuff....like eating rat poison! He was called Tamannar Zico so we stuck with Zico. We haven´t had him that long and he retired at 5!

I hope we can chat some time

Hi Beth, great hearing from you, l had a great holiday in Cornwall met lots of different dogs and people, l loved the sea ld never seen it before and went swimming for the first time.Kyra was not so brave and only went up to her waist !!! just come back from a couple of days with one of mum´s friends, she has 5 dogs we all got on very well Chaz, was a bit grumpy so i stayed out of his way HE! HE! we had a great time and lovely walks.
Glad to hear you are keeping Megan & Bonnie in trim, all that running round, hear you have been doing well at shows, well done !!! xxxxxx

Hi Beth how are you sending you some treats hows your weather is rotten here we just had 3 wet days in mums caravan in the borders then the boiler burst then I tripped up mum with the strimmer she has a sore thumb now I didnt mean it honestly ha ha speak soon Big Bad Blossom.

Hi Beth, great to hear you have made best friends with Bonnie ! what about Megan is she more aloof. WOW ! second prize Well Done first of many i hope. Kyra is getting a LITTLE better, though she WONT let me touch her Squeaky toys, but i get them when she isn't looking HE! HE!.
lm really in the DOG HOUSE this week ! ive been doing so good at training club, mum thought shed bring Kyra along on Monday, well don't know what she expected but it was a DISASTER, all i wanted to do was get to my Kyra !! l didnt do a thing i was told and pulled mum Soooooooo hard that shes hurt her shoulder real bad, so i don't think Kyra will be going to the club again.Ooops naughty me.!!!!!!!!!
