I had my first bath today and I loved it. Mum took me to the bathroom to give me a wash and I decided to climb in the water that was in the bath. It was soooo cool and nice, then mum showered me with nice cold water. When she turned the water off I jumped out, shook all over her and ran around the bathroom til she opened the door. Then I ran down stairs and round the front room shaking all over dad and Steph. It was fun.

At the weekend a silly drunken man leaned over the gate and started shouting at me and my mum. I was really scared of him and so was my mum, but I wasn´t going to let him hurt us. I growled and snarled and pulled my lips back to make myself look big and scarey and when my mum shouted at him that he was scaring me he raised his hand. I was getting ready to jump at him if he had hit my mum, but he must of seen my scarey face and backed off. He walked down the street yelling at us. Mum took me in and locked the door (dad was in bed being funny again), then she laid on the floor and cuddled me, telling me I was a good girl and that I was brave to stand up to the man. Mum was that scared that we didn´t go for a walk but I got lots of hugs and cuddles and played with mum and my rope.

When my dad was alright mum told him what had happened and that I was a good girl and that I looked after her. My dad then gave me a big hug and rubbed my ears (which is sooooo nice).

My mum took me for a walk to the park today and she let me off the lead for the first time. She had a bonio in her pocket, but I wanted to come back for the cuddle more than the biscuit.
It was really nice to be able to wonder around and smell all the new things that I couldn´t get to before - even the squirrel that ran up a tree.
I saw another dog and wanted to go and play but the lady that was with it grabbed the dog and put it on it´s lead - I´m freindly and only wanted to play. I feel sorry for the dog if it´s not allowed to play with others, or was it me she was scarred of?, I don´t know.

Hi, I´m called Tiny and I would lke to tell you about my new life and my new family.

I was rescued from a lady who used to keep me locked in a small room and didn´t feed me very often.
I spent some time in Dogs Trust were they looked after me, fed me and made me better and I made some freinds. Then this couple came to see all the dogs there and they took me for a walk. They came back three more times to walk me and spend time with me. On their next visit my human freinds at DT gave me a new collar and I went to my new home with my new family. At first I was scared as I didn´t know what would happen to me, but I soon found that I was loved and played with and fed.

When we went for a walk I found everything sooooo exciting - new smells, sights and sounds.

Now I am very happy, I try to tell my mum and dad when dad ´smells´ funny but I don´t think they understand me yet and I will keep trying.

At the moment though I have a cold and am feeling a bit low but my family still love and play with me which makes me feel better.

Went to the vets today. I weigh 35.74Kg and the vet said I was a perfect weight. Then she looked at my skin, which has been itchy and flakey and said I had an infection, so I´m on more tablets. My ears are clear now. The vet also told my mum to stop giving me cod liver oil as it has too much vitamin A in it and it could make me ill, but I´m still allowed evening primrose oil.

My dad didn´t come with me today as he was not well and kept shaking, I did tell him - I gave a little bark and went and lay down looking at him. My mum sent him to bed while we went out so that he wouldn´t hurt himself.

My dad likes wolves too, but they think that I don´t know what they are talking about when they say that I am going to the vets to have an operation. It´s so that I can´t have any babies, but I don´t mind really, they´re doing it so that I won´t get poorly.

Dads been alright lately so that I haven´t had to tell them he smells funny for a few days.
