George

George was a rescue, we got him with Lucy. He was a very shy rabbit and would only allow people to touch him if he was busy eating. I would often be seen cleaning to Lucy for comfort though when we first got them the garden wasn´t as secure as we though it was, Lucy soon learnt how to leave the garden though George would rarely follow as he was much too nervous. Unfortunately he was attacked by the neighbours cat, I discovered him in the garden still warm and cried for hours holding on to him, one of the most traumatic moments of my life. That day Lucy had found another way out of the garden and went missing for the day, eventually she was spotted running back home from up the road after spending the night missing.
