My Rescue Pet - Winners Decided. New Comp and announcement Monday.

The new Pet Idol competition will tie in with our support for the Pedigree Adoption Drive. Pedigree have agreed to sponsor the competition and will be offering three goody bags that will contain things like dog jackets, t-shirts, dog food, treats and some other mystery items. How cool is that?

They want the new Pet Idol to celebrate the ethos of rehoming so all you need to do is upload a photo of a pet that is a rescue. Just state in the caption how you found him or her.

I know there are loads of rescued pets on PetStreet and we want to celebrate that.

The three winners of the last competition were Saz, Rozi Campbell and Will Jacobs. Let me have your addresses please and the subject on which you´d like an Interpet pet book.

Winners are not just based on their chart position but also on whether they have an interesting caption, the statistics and the quality and originality of the photo - hopefully a fresh one, not one you´ve entered before.

Closing date – 4th June.
