He´s been here 12 weeks today and things are amazing! Him and Chuch even lie on my bed together and have touched noses-aww! He´s been going outside for about 7 weeks now (at first i used to sit here dithering with the door open, but realised i don´t need to cos he lets me know he wants to come in!
The first few weeks were awful, with Chuch being so jealous-i never thought in my wildest dreams it would end up like this!!!

Well, he´s here!!! I brought him back with me on Wed and he has been brilliant!!! He settled in ´his room´ from the minute he arrived! He´s eating and using his litter tray and never evn tries to get out the door.
Chuch is not a happy cat tho-i let them see each other through the door, slightly ajar with me holding it, and he growled at him! Last night i ended up in tears cos Chuch had a go at me, but then spent an hour on my lap asleep! Today has been much better-they´ve both been inside all day and no tantrums from Chuch!!! Fingers crossed!

He is pretty gorgeous isn´t he lol! Today he´s been blood tested again (cos he was away so long) and it was negative, thank God and he was chipped, wormed and flead whilst under the anesthetic, bless! He´s now in ´the half way house´ with other cats and i´m going to see him tomorrow-and Janet, who will be trying to convince me to take him on! I´d love to, but Chuchy doesn´t even like other cats in the garden and having been out of work over 6 months now, i´m struggling with one cat never mind 2...........Janet said i could take him on a trial ´cos you really love each other´..........ooooh, what to do!!!!

I´ve found him!!!! 11 weeks and 2 days after he disappeared and in the cul-de-sac he went missing from!! I live 25 miles from there and it was just pure luck today. Had to drive him to Cramar, loose in the car for 6 miles, but he was brilliant ! He´s having a blood test tomorrow cos he´s been away so long, but, hopefully that will be ok and then we´ll decide on his future. I would LOVE to have him but can´t afford another cat and my Chuch doesn´t like other cats anyway!

She was such a sweet girl-there´s a pic of her on my profile page-she´s a torti and white. She just had litter after litter, cos she would never go in the trap cage. She was a fantastic mommy to all her babies. She never hissed at us (me and my boss who looked after them all), but, even after 9 years, we could never stroke her (she´d just started rubbing round my bosses legs but she saw me catch her boy (GB, grey baby!) so i´d got no chance of her doing that to me! She used to watch us fuss him and it was as if she was saying ´i´d love some of that but i´m so scared´ Heartbreaking!
The day she was in the trap was brilliant-i think she´d finally had enough of all the toms. (I´d certainly had enough of crying over my desk seeing tiny kittens desparately trying to get out of the cage!) GB had been caught (with his sister) later than the others, so they were ´done´ and brought back to work. His sister diasppeared a couple of years ago......

Thank you-he is lol! He was always a mommy´s boy but, when i caught her, 19 days after i´d finished work, she was found to have leukemia and a stomach tumour so was put to sleep. I was devastated-you wouldn´t have known there was anything wrong with her, and i knew there was no chance of GB settling at Cramar without her. He´d been put in the feral paddocks (amazing place!) but there were so many other cats (110!!!) he was so scared, although a couple of times i went to see him, he did seem ok, but the next time, he was a nervous wreck-i think one of the others had bullied him. I´m sure if his mommy had been there he would´ve been fine, they were so close. It was so sad-they´d both got the chance of a lovely life in a rural setting instead of a dirty factory............
