I was using Hibi scrub to clean the sore and graphite cream which you can get from the chemist. This worked on the last hot spot he had but on this one. Hope this helps xxxxxxxxx 20 Sep 2010 11:45 Hi Karen, I saw your comment on Dizzys leg. They call them hot spots and they can just appear. Dizz had his for about a week and it was tiny. I was cleaning it and creaming it and this morning I have got up and its 3 times the size it was, so got to take him to the vets now.
