It is unique in that it provides temperament assessed/vaccinated PAT Dogs and PAT Cats with registered volunteers to hospitals, hospices, residential care homes, day centres, special needs schools and many other establishments often providing comfort, companionship and therapy. There are currently approx 3,500 PAT Dogs and 90 PAT Cats visiting around the UK at present. Dogs and cats are our family pets,we do this as volunteers and give as much time to our visits as we can. Any breed or cross breed can be a P.A.T dog if they pass the assessments. Little bear came from our local council dog pound and my friend has the 1st registered and visiting American Bulldog. Yeah,they are lovely birds and I do so enjoy having them and eating their eggs. Hope Piper is settling in well and glad to hear that Blake has taken to her, it is always nice when the other animals take to a new pet, nice and easy as it make's our live's alot easier too.
