I have been surrounded by animals all my life & cant imagine being without them. I currently have a selection of small furries; hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs & rabbits. I dont breed any species (there are more than enough pets in re-homing centres without adding to them)
I´m passionate about British Wildlife- especially insects (dragonflies and beetles in particular), mammals (dormice being a favourite) & am fascinated by animal & bird migration. Much of my time is spent outdoors photographing & recording local wildlife. I´m very lucky to be surrounded by beautiful countryside and many diverse habitats which makes life interesting and varied.
I support PDSA and the Blue Cross, all wild animal rescue & rehabilitation centres & any organisation that promotes species care & responsible animal keeping.
