My name is Ringo and I am a "nutty" but beautiful Springer Spaniel. I will be one year old on April 19th, and my Mum and Dad love me very much, although they do get exasperated with me when I am naughty and too boisterous. My Mom has a question for you, as you have experience with Springers. It seems I get too excited while out on a walk (because Mommy has my toy in her pocket and I know we are heading for open fields where I will be let off my lead and free to run) and pull Mom down the street. Even though I am little for a Springer, I am strong, and Mom is afraid I will pull her right over. She can't seem to get me to walk to heel on the pavement and hates my pulling. Any advice?
