I also have a welsh section a pony called minty, who is for my little boy Kyle. I am also blessed to be owned by my gorgeous Dobermann, Cara, or Fairbrigg Dancing Cool to give her her posh name. Kyle also has the ugliest fish in the world which some smarty pants gave him for christmas. He has called her Buffy. Still, a fish isn't only for christmas so she is here to stay. I am a Reiki master, mainly for animals and I have done an animal communication course with Joanne hull. That was amazing, so I am practising with that at the moment too. A couple of weeks ago my 86 year old Mum was rushed into hospital thirty miles away in Nottingham. She had had a fall and been on her floor for 36 hours :-( She had a long op for broken femur and so have been really flat out with visiting and worry etc! She was as sharp as a knife mentally when she went in but is a bit confused due to all the medication and the trauma I should think. She's still in a lot of pain. So, just as I was back in the swing with Sam, haven't done much once again :-( I feed him Top Spec Conditioning Flakes and Just Grass. Like you, have to be careful what I feed; he needs the energy to do some work but not TOO much energy. How are you getting on with the Equilibrium? Have used it in the past but not for Sam. Have you tried any sort of a Calmer for Brooke? I know a couple which have worked well (not with Sam; he doesn't need it!) one with valerian (can't use this one for competing as banned - so it must work!) and one that is magnesium based. Are you pleased with your Flair? My old mare used to hate it when the saddler came to adjust the air with me on board as the noise frightened her to death:-) Haven't really got any news; feel a bit lke a hamster on a wheel at the moment! Need to get showered and go off to Nottingham again now. Keep in touch. Jane x 01 Mar 2008 13:41 Hi there. I live in Port Seton.
