Thanks for your reply, most of my doggy friends (mainly the agility ones )give the human version, some up to 1000mg but my vet said not to go above 500mg per day, what are your views on this please and do you think it works ?? thanks.

Dear Anna, Thank you for your advice re: Marty and Ben fighting. Whilst at the vets ( Marty has an abcess in his anal glands) I mentioned that Marty was attacking Ben, he suggested giving him a Chemical Castration injection to see if it would help. He said it would take a few days to get into his system and that it would last for about 5 weeks. I just hope it improves things. The two dogs have lovely temperaments and have never been aggressive to humans or other dogs. They chase rabbits together in the garden so I can't understand why Marty goes for Ben so much.
I was also interested in 'Autarky' dog food that you recommended to someone, would it be suitable for Cassie my Labrador who has put on weight since she was spayed.

hi anna thanks for message i am not againts mix breeds or mongals gosh i love all dogs and animals at that apart from snakes not there fault but i get scared of them maybe i didnt put it cleary in my profile its about my breed or any bull terrier breed and the amount of mixed breeds with a english bull terrier with the likes of staffs or rotweillers thats not appropiate in my eyes or with a greyhound and you get these people who do it for money to sell the pups there is a few examples of this on www.Epupz.co.uk then people wonder why bull terrier breeds get a bad name as some people just want a bigger fiercer looking dog and trt anything to experiment this i have had lots of people asking me if i want to breed sykes with there staffs and american bull dog of course i tell them no way and give my views to why but sometimes these are just teenage kids asking me and there staffs are off the lead it makes me mad this is happening in the streets of london dogs of a lead oh another example is a guy asked if sykes would breed with his japenese ikita thats the point i was trying to say so i am sorry if i upset you and i am appauled about the number of dogs in shelter waiting for a forever loving home as its not the dogs fault at all well sykes seems a bit better his ear is not so swollen but its his legs i worry about catch up soon love wendy and sykes xxx
