you should do a story on staywell a stray broke in to my locked cat flap and my three cats got out one was missing for a week when i phoned staywell they said the locks were just for show(it does not state this on the box it says they keep yous pets safley indoors) and it was to thin a plastic so why do we pay 40pound for an infra red collar key locking cat door when our cats can open it with there collar to getin but the local stray can also just push and break the door to get in why bother with the locks and the FALSE ADVERTISEING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i bet this has hapend to thousands of people and like me staywell fobbed them of with an excuse and offred them a new one duhh why would i want another one if it usless and dosent do what its meant to i mean really what planet are these peole on..
