My sore hand!

OMG....im soooo bruised! I fell right on my ass infront of cars, my hand is pretty messed up too....why...why could i not have broken it n had time off work,lol???! Im soooo embarassed! Canny beleeeeeive it!!! No-one even came to my rescue! Sake! I mean, i might have needed hospitalised!
