My mummy and daddy fostered me from the North Clwyd Animal Rescue centre in Febuary. Sadly I was abused as a breeding bitch in my previous home and have been left with some medical issues. Recently I have had to have my second operation in just over 3 months, the first was to remove 2 nipples (both with tumours), a tumour from my leg and to be spayed - luckily all tumours were not cancerous. The next op was to remove another tumour from my neck and to remove yet another nipple that had become abscessed and painful.
Now thanks to great vets and lots of love and care from mummy daddy and the people at the rescue (NCAR) I am on the mend and hopefully this will be my last operation now!
I am being fostered because of the expenses of the medical care I need now and most likely throughout my life due to the abuse I suffered and the NCAR cover my vet bills, excluding the standard fees expected of owning any dog. Now they need funding desperately because of my expensive treatment. Mummy and daddy help as much as they can and so do the rest of my new family (many of whom have made donations to my cause) but they also need the help of anyone else who is willing and can afford to.
