My blog Fishy Chaos LolThe main fish tank is in chaos after the kribs had about 30 babies yesterday! The parents have been so aggressive the other fish have had to hide in corners so parents and babies are now in a breeding net which makes 2 nets - one with young guppies in. Not sure if they´ll all make it but if they do god knows what i´ll do with them! On a sadder note i may have to get rid of one angel fish and one of the gourami´s passed away :/  Comments  17 Oct 2009 11:06 Well theyre just protecting their babies but the others werent trying to hurt them. 15 Oct 2009 20:18 The kribs etc are tropical i´d really like some marine but i think they´re quite hard to look after! Member Removed 15 Oct 2009 20:10 are your fish marine or tropical fish (sorry only know about goldfish) 15 Oct 2009 20:03 Krib is short for kribensis if you look at my pics the one called polly is the krib shes very pretty especially when her breeding colours are on show, well we have 2 tanks and 2 breeding nets now but we´re gonna be overcrowded if the krib babies survive and theyre all a bit stressed at the moment, i´ve got a little pond in the garden too with 3 gold fish :) Member Removed 15 Oct 2009 19:54 whats type of fish is a krib I only got 4 goldfish in a 6 foot by 4 foot tank simple cold water fish is all I can cope with at moment x |
