We put it in the incubater because it was quite cold, and Luck Ducky hatched out onto my hand! He (or she, we don´t know yet) really tiny, but he (or she) can cheep really loudly. I love this pic of him! 2 Comments 09 Jun 2009 20:57 This is my review of Night at the Museum 2. Please comment, because It´s for my Arts Award and I need quotes for it I went to see Night at the Museum 2 at the cinema. It was really good and I loved it. It’s about Larry who starts out working at a museum where all the exhibits and statues come to life at night. Then he gets successful and leaves the museum to become a business man. The museum board decide that the statues and exhibits will be moved under the museum and replaced by interactive computers. When they wake up under the museum they are attacked by Kahmunrah, an evil pharaoh, and his army of other museum artefacts. Kahmunrah wants to bring back his dead army. Larry, with the help of Amelia Earhart, tries to save the museum. It was great and really funny. It had loads of amazing special effects and I loved the monkeys, they were really cute. I also liked the dinosaur skeleton that acted like a dog. My favourite character was Amelia Earhart, played by Amy Adams. She was funny and her acting was perfect, not over the top. If anyone liked the first one, they will love the second. 1 Comments 09 Jun 2009 20:54 This is my review of We Will Rock You. Please Comment, this is for my Arts Award so I need some quotes. I went to se my cousin, Sam, in the musical “We Will Rock You”, at Arthur Terry School. Although it was a school production, it was very professional and all the actors were great. It’s set years into the future, when all live music and instruments are banned. The only music allowed is computer programmed. Galileo, a rebel graduating from school hears rock songs in his dreams. He and Scaramouche, a girl who is also a rebel, are captured by the police. A group of people called the Bohemians are trying to make instruments and bring back live music. They found out bits of the past and named themselves after pop and rock stars, like Britney Spears, Meat Loaf, Bob the Builder, the Spice Girls and Cliff Richard. They don’t know much about them, so they misunderstand a lot. They think Britney spears is a big tough rock star, and they don’t know Bob the Builder is a children’s character. Britney and Meat Loaf find Galileo and Scaramouche. They discover Galileo is the one in the legend to bring back live music. It was brilliant. There were lots of effects with lights shining everywhere and a disco ball. It also had a band instead of a backing track which made it even better. It featured loads of Queen music, and there was a lot of audience participation. I would defiantly recommend this to anyone who likes musicals, and I would love see it again. 4 Comments 07 Jun 2009 17:34 Please could everyone tell me what they think of Leona Lewis. Relaxing day in the sun? More like stressful! 2 Comments |
