The painted wild dog

The good news is that the painted wild dog is being released back into the wild. Zimbabwe of all places, has the most amazing conservation resort. They have managed to rescue several wild dogs and after many years of study, research and patience, successfully released a made up pack. One died en-route, a female. Two died on the island, which is surrounded by water and crocs, but three are currently running around. Two boys and one female. Let´s hope this is a new beginning for the wild dog in Africa.
