Anything to help with Osteosarcoma ?

hi everyone,
my poor baby, my 2 year old black lab has been diagnosed with Osteosarcoma - she has probably had it for about 6-10 months. Totally heartbroken - I know there is no cure - but I am hoping some people may know some supplements/herbs/vitamins that may help my Mia to continue to be as healthy as she can be until the time comes
