should licence,n for dogs be brought back or am i just bein old fashioned ???

hi !! i personally agree that licence,s for dogs/ animals should be brought bk i think it was wrong that this was abolish,d an if ppl knew they had to have a licence ok it would,nt stop wrong doin to animals but maybe it would stop sum of these poor unwanted animals from bein bought in pet shop,s, back street breeders ppl would think twice if there were strick licence,n laws on ownin a pet also ppl.s details would be kept on a data base an if they did abuse or neglect the animal they could easily be tracked dwn an procecuted an lose there licence the r.s.p.c.a fail to procecute hundreds of ppl every year for animal cruelty or neglect because they simplely cannot be tracked dwn if a strict animal licence was made law on purchese,n a pet then maybe this would make trackin these cruel animal owners an procecutein them a lot easier what do u think???????????? licence or no licence ???? happy chattin julie:-) x
