I couldn´t wait to get there. When Zara picked him out of the puppy pen & put him in my arms i felt complete ..... i can only imagine this is how a new mother feels when her baby is put into her arms for the first time i was smitten & he will always be my special little boy xx 03 Nov 2009 09:04 The one and only year that i bought a real Christmas tree. I had 2 young kittens at the time and they spent more time climbing up the tree knocking off the decorations and me rescuing them from the top of the tree. That the tree was thrown out 3 days be for Christmas day because it had no needles on it. So had to go out and get a false tree and the kittens never went any where near it. They seemed to know that it wasn´t real one i think they just liked the mess that they could make with the real tree. 02 Nov 2009 23:22 when i got charlie he came over to sniff me and he slept all the way home in the car and when we took him into the house he sat in the kitchen looking for attention all the time 21 Jul 2009 18:06 Well when we first brought Houlty home he was a bit aloof, and he used to go in the kitchen at first and sleep under the worktop, and I worried that "mr cool" wasn´t happy, but then, after about a week, one evening he walked into the living room, got down in front of the fire then looked around him as if to say "hmm this must be where i live now" and ever since then he has grown to be a real softy and a fusspot too. 14 Jul 2009 13:21 Aww bless him. I think one of mine was when Felix was younger and he brought us a bird which we told him was very naughty he obviously didnt think he´d done good enough so went straight back out and bought us the nest!! |
