Hopefully i will get a pair in a few wks when ive saved up 30 Apr 2010 19:40 I have heard they are good for you as they force you to balance properly and have correct posture. Not tried them myself so I can´t really comment.Some experts say it mimics the feeling of walking on an unstable surface. A bit like walking in sand when there is an uneven surface so your body works harder. |
