they are not trainers they are bum and thigh toners lol

not to bad i wouldnt pay that for trainers either will leave them for the youngsters x

the reebock ones are £60-£70
but if i got for 3rd party i could probs get them for 35-40 quid

Just buy a cheap pair of any old shoes that dont fit well and try walking in them I should think they would tone up the legs just as well hahaha or break them x

id like a pair too but im not paying that price

Yer and there £70 A pair i wanted to get a pair but cant afford that price. to use them for dog walking. Hopefully i will get a pair in a few wks when ive saved up

I have heard they are good for you as they force you to balance properly and have correct posture. Not tried them myself so I can´t really comment.Some experts say it mimics the feeling of walking on an unstable surface. A bit like walking in sand when there is an uneven surface so your body works harder.
