Discussion started by: | Discussion Comments Post a comment in this discussion: 07 Feb 2012 20:20 I never pay more then a £1 for any dog toy now I use to pay £6-8 per toy but they never last more then one day so now I buy bulk teddies at car boots. 07 Feb 2012 16:39 well bought daisy a squecky rubber duck for christmas for £6.49 and it was headless my christmas lunch ive resorted to letting them play with the kids old teddys and soft baby toys as they pinch them anyway i resent paying so much for dog toys even the so called hard wearing toys get wrecked in my house 06 Feb 2012 15:22 K9 here mummy buy me a new football today, she asked the park ranger if he had any balls as we forgotten to take mine with us, so he had a look & came back with 6 footballs there were blue, yellow, black orange, silver & white ones, so I choose a blue one white was slightly deflated just right for me to fetch. woof woof xx 04 Feb 2012 19:45 To right I get black bin bag full at car boots normally cost £1 to £2 per bag, however the 99p & £1 shops are selling the Skinneeez Stuffing Free Dog Toys well cheaper ones & me lot loves them. 04 Feb 2012 19:44 good evening vena and tina ive stuck in a traffic jam butt hankfully made it back now apeaking of dog toys we bought jax a kong frizby off the web not this xmas but the one befors we got it from pts at home it was triffle dear and later we saw it cheaper on the web but boy as that been an investment its stilll in one piece any others jax as destroyed xx 04 Feb 2012 19:38 I saw a dogs ball for £24 ridiculous it said Indestructible Boomer Ball at £24 I would want at least 20 balls 04 Feb 2012 19:27 Just buy cheap toys for mine usually from Wilco or secondhand shops ,dog toy prices are ridiculous another ´rip off 04 Feb 2012 13:45 I buy for to many toys each week for me dogs, I buy black bin bags of cuddly teddies from car-books but I do trend to buy Skinneeez Stuffing Free Dog Toys the most specially as the 99p & £1 shops have started selling a cheaper version of them, I love the Skinneeez Stuffing Free Dog Toys, as like it says there´s no stuffing inside them so if they pull them apart there´s no mess to clean up. I also buy food balls (not sure what real name is) I fill with dry dog food & let them play outside with them, K9 also have lots & lots of squeaky balls, other have used tennis balls from the tennis club they sell them for £2 for 100 balls, I did once buy a puzzle square but Kobi broke it by picking it up & slamming it into the wall to get the treat out, I get me tug toys from a company that make rope for boats & mountaineer´s, they last longer then the shop brought ones. I do think that a lot of dog toys are over price, for what they are made of, some don´t even last 1 day before they are in pieces. |
