Tuxedo Cats Rule

I have to admit I´ve never heard of a tuxedo cat before. Is it an actual breed or a term of endearment? I should know about them because I actually have one myself. His name is Kitty (there is a reason for this!), and he´s big, hairy and beautiful. He has the look and characteristics of a rag doll but he´s definitely a tuxedo. I should be able to post a pic of him next week. Thanks for educating me. Your moggies are adorable - true pusses!!

Having owned cats for most of my life my first cat was a lovely tux called tiddles she was a brilliant mother and excellent hunter having 4 gardens as her territory and a canal bank!! I have a variety of colours at the moment but everyone who sees him tells me young Vlad is a handsome cat and i have to agree!! Unfortunately i have found that tux cats get greatly over looked in animal shelters and i feel its such a shame.
